Information you give us

• Contact & lead form data:name, phone number, city, service of interest and any message you write when you submit the “Get Free Estimate” or “Contact” forms.
• Project details: photos, drawings, site address and structural information you choose to share when you request an estimate or consultation.
• Communication content: messages you send by WhatsApp, email or phone in response to our advertising or website.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed and approximate location (country / state level only).
• Cookies & similar technologies: we use a small number of first-party and third-party cookies for site functionality, analytics and ad measurement. See section 6.

• To respond to your enquiry, schedule a site visit and prepare an estimate.
• To provide, deliver and follow up on the construction services you request.
• To send service-related WhatsApp messages, calls and emails.
• To improve our website, content and customer experience.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google and other platforms.
• To comply with legal, tax, accounting and contractual obligations.
• To prevent fraud, spam, abuse and security incidents.

We process personal data on the basis of (a) your consent — given when you submit a form, click an ad or contact us; (b) the necessity of performing a contract you have entered into with us; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; and (d) our legitimate business interests in marketing our services and protecting our website. You may withdraw consent at any time using the contact details in section 10.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following limited situations:

• Service providers we rely on to run the website & reach you:
  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting, edge delivery and form-route execution. Servers are located globally; lead data transits a Vercel Function when you submit a form.
  • Resend (Resend.com) — sending the lead-notification email to our team. The form payload is transmitted over HTTPS.
  • WhatsApp / Meta Platforms— when you tap the WhatsApp button, your name, phone, city, service and message are pre-filled into a chat with our business number. Once you press send, Meta's privacy policy applies.
  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Pixel — aggregated, non-identifying analytics about traffic and ad performance. IP addresses are anonymised before storage where supported.
• Professional advisors — auditors, lawyers, accountants and insurers, only when strictly necessary.
• Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to enforce our terms or protect rights, property or safety.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale, your information may transfer to the new entity, subject to this policy.

• Lead enquiries are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and analytics.
• Project files and contracts are retained for up to 8 years for warranty, legal and tax purposes.
• Server logs (including IP addresses) are retained for up to 90 days.
• You may request earlier deletion under section 7.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for: (a) essential site functionality; (b) analytics (Google Analytics); and (c) advertising measurement (Meta Pixel / Conversions API and Google Ads tags, where deployed). You can control cookies through your browser settings or by opting out at:

We protect your information using industry-standard measures: HTTPS / TLS in transit, strict security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options), input validation, rate-limiting, payload size limits, anti-bot honeypots, encrypted secrets management and access controls. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify you of any material breach in line with applicable law.

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, please contact us so we can delete it.
